Judging criteria, tips, tricks and pet peeves

Here is a sneak peek.
Before we start!
Thank you for downloading this and making an effort to better your next stage appearance. Before we begin, just a little background on me and why I decided to put this ebook together for you.
Let’s make this quick. I am Anthony Monetti, WNBF Pro bodybuilder, INBF judge, and husband to the beautiful Karen Monetti 2011 WNBF Ms Universe, Ms World overall. Together we promote the INBF Northeast America Bodybuilding and Figure competition.
Since I began competing in 1995, I have seen a huge shift in natural bodybuilding for the good; more shows, more competitors, and more support from the fans and spectators. I have also witnessed some not so good which happen to be my biggest pet peeves; sub par posing, de-conditioned athletes, and arrogant attitudes.
In recent years, pro cards have been given out even at the smaller, less competitive shows. The only criteria; 5 or more competitors in the class and the winner gets a Pro card. I feel this causes two major problems in the sport of Natural Bodybuilding.
The pro level gets watered down a bit with a bunch of “Pros" who really are not ready for the next level of competition.
This "Pro" title creates a false hope of being able to step on stage with the best of the best natural athletes. This year, I wanted to see better competition with higher level athletes competing for their WNBF Pro card. This way, you are rightfully a Pro and will be able to respectfully stand next to a true WNBF Pro with pride and maybe even walk away with a championship.
In this e-book you will find the WNBF judging criteria and guidelines for each division. You will also learn from a few of best WNBF judges, what they look for and what pisses them off. These same Pros have been the official WNBF Northeast America judges and offer valuable tanning advice along with their overall bodybuilding champion mindset.
